By accessing and using Raceweek.net you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please do not join Raceweek.net. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified, or new conditions may be imposed, at any time. Any such changes or additions will be reflected by an update of this page. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of Raceweek.net following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy) will mean you accept those changes and that such changes shall apply to your use of Raceweek.net after such changes have been posted.
The creation of an account is void where creating it would be prohibited by law. By accessing or making use of an account you warrant to Raceweek.net that same is not illegal in the territory in which you are located. Raceweek.net reserves the right to alter, amend or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion. Raceweek.net shall not be liable as a result of any such change and you are advised to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. If a change in the Terms and Conditions is made which you do not wish to accept you may stop using Raceweek.net. Your continued access and use of the Raceweek.net Platforms will be deemed to be your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any changes to them as at the time of access or use, except that any real money contest or league entries received (but not settled) or other transactions prior to the time of any change to the Terms and Conditions will be subject to the pre-existing Terms and Conditions. If there is anything in these Terms and Conditions that you do not understand, please contact us at contact@raceweek.net before you join Raceweek.net. Please note: You are deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions upon joining Raceweek.net If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions which include by incorporation Privacy Policy or do not wish to be bound by them, you should exit Raceweek.net immediately.
Raceweek.net Prize leagues rewards are non-real money prizes, but rather prizes with real value ordered and delivered from other trusted third-parties. You are not allowed to use Raceweek.net for comercial purposes, and we reserve the right to delete the game mid season. It is your responsibility to get in touch with @sam.b.y on Discord or through the email address in order to choose your prices and get them delivered to a location where you can pick them up. In the case where an agreement isn’t made within 7 days after the season is over, we reserve the right to instead give the awards to the player next in the leaderboard.
We reserve the right to change prizes or cancel them at own discretion mid season depending on availability and price changes. Although shipping is covered on our side, we do not take any responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please take care of those situations directly with the seller.
The prizes have a maximum value as shown on the prizes page. This means that any prize that matches the description (such as the mini helmets) but that do not match the prize limit will not be redeemable.
Furthermore, we do not take responsibility in case of computer viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other items that may damage the operation of computers or property or otherwise engage in computer misuse. If such items affect the gameplay in any way, we will not take responsibility for any damage caused and reserve the right to reverse scores to any previous race week score, depending on the availability of backups.
Finally, we reserve the right to terminate your account at any point due to an inappropriate username, inappropriate league name or any scamming, harassement etc... through Raceweek.net. This includes but is not limited to the leagues you create/join and the Discord server (where your account is linked to your Raceweek.net).
